Noise wasn't an issue at all, but there are construction trucks frequently next to the property or in front of and sometimes blocking the driveway but it didn't bother us. The absolute best part of this property that I doubt any others can match was the pool. The kids had such a great time with the grotto, slide and hot tub. We spent a great majority of our time out there and wouldn't have had it any other way. Lastly, there was a great center piece for entertainment when indoors, which was the arcade machine.
Many hours were spent having fun and competing on the old legacy games like Frogger. We would absolutely stay here again and hope this review helps others make the choice to as well. There were lots of towels and the house was super clean! A comfortable living and dining area with a full kitchen opens onto a private patio and a shared garden area at the back of the house. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other has twin beds, and both have spacious closets.

Since this home is designed for large groups, it has a washer and dryer on the main and upper levels to help your clothes and beach towels stay fresh and clean. "This was a very nice place to stay. Only 2 small blocks from the beach - a 3 minute walk. Had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was divided years ago into two independent, fully equipped units with a common wall. Both units have lots of great features – see the list below and the photos. Beautifully decorated and very large for a one bedroom unit. The only negative was the cleanliness of the floors. We always travel with our floor steamer because this is an issue almost everywhere we stay, so after steam cleaning the floors we could walk without shoes and our feet were clean! I’d also change the written description because there was NO bottle of wine and craft beer as a complimentary gift and there is NO bedroom closet storage as it’s filled with beach supplies.

The location near the beach is the biggest plus for us. It was beautifully decorated and with three king bedrooms, two queen and a bunk bed. Accommodated our family and our friends family with grown children really well. The kitchen was stocked to the max, highlight is the complementary wine . The barbeque grill outside allowed us to cook family meals. Pool and spa was the best and of course the outdoor space with bar area allowed us to spend our time outdoor comfortably.
Just as the name says, you will feel like it’s summer in paradise all year round. Living spaces include comfortable living room, kitchen, family room with sleep sofa and dining area, two bedrooms and two baths in the main house. Just outside the family room is the Cottage, a separate area rented with the Captain’s Cabin that has another bedroom and beautiful lanai with a futon for sleeping outdoors. The place is clean and attractive with lots of thoughtful extras like beach toys, coolers, and chairs. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed the pool after a day in the sun and salt.
